London, Ontario’s Western University is teaming up with cannabis beer brewer Province Brands of Canada to develop new “innovative yeasts” for the formulation of new cannabis beverages.

The research will be carried out thanks to a $45,000 research grant courtesy of the Ontario Center of Excellence’s Voucher for Innovation and Productivity Program and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada’s Engage program.
