A 23-year-old Saskatoon man is facing a slew of drug and weapons charges after police said they found guns, weed and a psilocybin (magic mushroom) growing operation in his home.

The SWAT team raided an apartment in the 2300 block of Hanover Avenue at about 2:45 a.m. CST Friday.

Police say officers found four long guns, 1,000 rounds of ammunition, a taser and three sets of brass knuckles.

They also seized a laundry list of drugs including cannabis-infused honey, CBD oil and capsules, marijuana, THC concentrate, butane hash oil, edibles and magic mushrooms.

An insulated grow tent had more magic mushrooms growing inside, police said.
