Two residents of Kitchener are facing drug possession charges after an incident in Listowel.
It happened the morning of September 9.
A concerned resident called Ontario Provincial Police, after the resident noticed two people passed out in a vehicle that was still running, in a parking lot.
When police and paramedics arrived on scene, they also noticed the vehicle was still in drive.
Police allege cannabis was observed in plain view, and upon search of the vehicle, methamphetamine was located. The passenger was also found to be in possession of identity documents belonging to someone else.
28-year-old Neisha Perry has been charged with possession of a Schedule 1 substance (methamphetamine), and possession of an identity document.
