A Brampton man has been charged in Huron Shores after officers say they smelled burnt cannabis in the car.
On Monday shortly after 8:30 a.m., police report observing an eastbound vehicle speeding on Highway 17 in the Municipality of Huron Shores.
Police say while speaking with the driver, the officer detected an odour of freshly burnt cannabis and the driver could not produce a valid driver’s license.
As a result of the investigation, Nicholas Smith, 26 from Brampton, was issued four provincial offence notices and was charged with:
