Following the exceedingly simple rule of not talking on the phone while driving may have saved two men from facing several charges after responding police ultimately discovered roughly $802,000 worth of pot.
Cannabis was likely not even a consideration before members of the Middlesex OPP pulled over the vehicle on Highway 401 just east of London, Ont. for a routine traffic stop last week, according to Blackburn News.
During the stop, officers found what they characterized as a large amount of dried, packaged cannabis, as well as a cool $103,000 in cash. The final weed seizure was estimated to be worth more than $800,000.
