With the Government of Ontario opting to reopen parts of the province this month, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) has clarified that cannabis retailers will still be able to offer delivery and ‘click and collect’ ordering, but only in some regions.
According to a blog post from the AGCO, retailers in the Grey-Lockdown (maximum measures) or Red-Control areas will continue to be able to offer delivery and curbside pickup during regular business hours, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The province is proposing that 28 regions will remain under Stay-at-Home orders until Feb. 16, while areas facing Grey-Lockdown measures, including Peel, Toronto, and York regions, are tentatively scheduled to begin reopening on Feb. 22.
The provincial government has said these plans may be revised if COVID cases increase.
