Hollywood’s resident Canadian Seth Rogen popped up in Mile Zero again – once again videoing in to a Mile Zero cannabis retailer to talk the green bone.
Dawson Creek was the first city in Canada to carry Rogen’s strain of cannabis – he told the Mirror last year he hoped this was the start of a long relationship with Dawson Creek.
The relationship went to the next level today as Rogen, whose cannabis brand Houseplant retails throughout Mile Zero, took questions about the future of the Houseplant brand and products, including some from Dawson Creek’s Clarity location. Rogen gave updates on beverages and rolled cannabis products, also known as joints.
“I smoke weed all day, so when it came to beverages, we want drinks people can taste,” he said, adding10 mg strength drinks were not appealing to him.
“We’d rather have people drink five than one,” he said speaking to new flavours on THC and CBD infused drinks on the horizon.
He said finding the right style and roll to joints is also high on the Houseplant brand priority list.
“There will be more of a cigarette style and feel to the joints.”
Rogen said starting with no nonsense names like “Sativa” and “Indica” made it easier to break into the market.
“Names like ‘Chem Dog’ might put some people off,” he noted adding now more strains will be on the way,
“More strains with names, and those colors you know.”
Last year the star of Pineapple Express, Long Shot, Kung Fu Panda 3, and An American Pickle logged into Mile Zero, thanking Dawson Creek for being the first city in Canada to carry his special line of plant-based products.
