Welcome back to another episode of Cooking with Cannabis 101, this week we’ll be going over how to make cannabis cinnamon buns with cream cheese icing. For this recipe, we’ll be using Cannabis Butter. To learn how to make Cannabis Butter, click here.
We’ll start the recipe off with the sweet dough.
- 1 Tbsp Instant Yeast
- 1 Cup Milk, Warm (115 F)
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Cannabis Butter
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Large Eggs, Room Temperature
- 3 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
Let the dough rise for 1 hour. In the meantime, make the filling.
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
