TVape also known at Toronto Vaporizer has been selling vaporizers for over six years. Over those years they have built a dedicated following through offering high quality vaporizers with great company branding. TVape has been a prominent vendor at, at least last two Lift Expo’s, hosting a vape lounge where medical patients could test various vaporizers they carry.
TVape has their own website where they retail all of the products they carry. The Utillian line of vaporizers was custom design by TVape as their own brand. With that being said, there are a couple other Canadian website carrying Utillian’s. TVape’s website is the best place to order from as they can ship to Canada and the USA. When purchasing from Toronto Vaporizer they will include a free ZEUS item when you buy any vaporizer worth $100 or more.
TVape Pricing & Selection:

The Utillian 721 reviewed here retails for $219, with the Utillian 420 priced at $90. These prices are Canadian and can be sourced from TVape’s website.
Unique to TVape:
Toronto Vaporizer is the only international vape company/head shop that promotes where they are from, Toronto. Dankr.ca being a Toronto focused website were ecstatic TVape wanted to work together. When taking a closer look at the Utillian 721 it was clear a lot of time and thought was put into designing this vapourizer. From the soft rubber coating, protecting the anodized aluminum sell, to the easy one button system, the device works very straight forward and is intuitive to use. Press the button 5 times and the device will turn on or off, once on, you can press the button twice to cycle through the different heat settings. There is also a heat boost setting that increases the temperature by 5 degrees, for those looking to get a bit more out of their herb. This is done by pressing and holding the button. The bottom of the device has a light that changes colour to indicate how much battery is left. A similar thing is done when the device is turned on with a dead batter, the main LED will flash green and red to update you to charge the battery.
Utillian 721 Feel, Quality, Function:
When first picking up the Utillian 721 you will notice the rubber grip texture it has, along with the solid weight. This vaporizer feels well build, and is still small enough to fit into your pocket. The vapor produced is of a medium density depending on the temperature used. Starting at the lowest temperature setting you will be vaporizing the majority of the terpenes, getting flavourful hits. As the temperature is increased you will notice more vapor production. The highest setting is ideal for the end of a vape session as you can get as much of the remaining cannabinoids as possible. I really enjoy the highest setting after a few tokes at the lower temperatures. The top heat setting provides thick vapor clouds while still providing a great taste. I had gotten in the habit of smoking from a bong for a while and after working with this device, it has reminded me of how much I enjoyed vaping. Vaping provides the benefits of consuming your cannabinoids without combustion, which really stops your lungs from feeling heavy, and potential health issues down the road. After using this device I will definitely be vaping more in my future.
Utilliam 721 Looks & Visual Appeal:
The Utilliam 721 has a discrete look as it is only available in black and is small enough to fit into the palm to your hand. I really like the LED light system so weather it’s the middle of the day, or at night you can easily see the lights to know your temperature and battery charge. The mouthpiece swivels in and out so it can be tucked away easily.
My Experience with Utillian 721:
I had a great time using the Utillian 721 and was surprised with how intuitive it was to use. Press the button 5 times to turn on/off and 2 times to change between the temperature settings. Instructions are included. This is a very pleasant thing that shouldn’t be overlooked, as some vapes are so complex they aren’t worth the hassle. I enjoy all aspects of cannabis, the tasty terpenes and the effects. My preferred way to use the Utillian 721 was to fill it with a fresh chamber (don’t pack tightly) and start on the lowest temperature setting (170 C) and work your way up. The different preset temperatures are 170C, 180C, 190C and 210C. The vaporizer has a automatic shut off after 5 minutes, which I found was a bit early, but a good reminder to turn it back on and go up to the final temperature setting. I like using the highest heat (210 C) at the end to ensure you are getting as much cannabinoids off of your cannabis (if that’s what you’re using) as possible. As I used the vape in different settings, I noticed when in a quite room I could heat some clicking from the chamber as it adjusted to the heat.
It is advised that the Utillian 721 vaporizer is cleaned with the provided brush after each use. Alcohol and Q-tip/swab should be used after every three uses to maintain the device. Some other aspects of the device that I only discovered when multi tasking is the device can hang out of your mouth to free up your hands. This device has a removable mouthpiece so be careful not to do this when walking around or doing any other quick movements as the mouthpiece could come unattached, dropping the vape. When doing tasks, put the vaporizer down on its’ base where the convention chamber wont bake your cannabis. The cannabis is heated has you inhale, warm air passes over your cannabis vaporizing the cannabinoids. I find the effect from a vaporizer to be slightly delayed, with the strongest effects being noticeable 15-30 minute later.
When testing concentrates in the Utillian 721, I was pleasantly surprised as to how effective it was. I loaded the provided stainless steel wax canister with a small amount of concentrate and turned it on to the highest heat setting (210C). It heated in about a minute and after a couple terpy draws I could see the vapor getting thicker. Being a convection vape, the heating element isn’t directly against the chamber and you need to inhale to heat the chamber, so I was surprised how quick it heated. Once the dab was done, a few puffs later, I opened up the device and was able to load the device again. This is a slight risk, and should only be done in a safe location as to not drop anything or burn yourself. The effects of the concentrate were quite strong as I was able to get a good number of hits off of the two dabs.
