Toronto Police raid My Eden at Queen St. West Product seized and five arrested Friday evening

The Toronto Police Service say they executed a search warrant at Eden Dispensary at 760 Queen St W on Friday, Dec. 8.

TPS allege they have seized 8846.13 g (8.8 kgs) of marihuana oil, 126.85 g of shatter, 9870.17 g (9.8 kgs) of marihuana, 377.72 g of hash, and $6,474 in cash. Five people were charged with possession of a schedule II substance, possession for the purpose trafficking schedule II substance, and possession of the proceeds of crime of over $5000.

They are all scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, January 19, 2018, 10 a.m. My Eden was also raided in May 2016 as part of Project Claudia.

This is the second raid in the past week from TPS. On Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at approximately 6:30 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at the Toronto Dispensary at 33 Kensington Avenue with five arrests made and cash and products seized as well.

An employee at the location today said the business is back open today, but with no product available for sale. They expect to be resupplied in the coming days, said the unidentified employee.
