Police raid Eden dispensary for second time in a week Seven employees were arrested and products and cash were seized.

Toronto Police announced today that they raided Eden at 760 Queen Street West. Seven employees were arrested and products and cash were seized.

This is the second time in a few days that the location has been raided by police. Police raided the same location on Friday, Dec 8, seizing product and arresting five employees.

According to a TPS report, on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, a search warrant was executed at Eden at 760 Queen Street West. Police allege they seized 3858.13 (3.8 kg) grams of cannabis, 33 grams of cannabis resin, 7598.13 (7.5 kg) grams of cannabis oil, 3.10 grams of hash, 6.38 grams of cannabis shatter and $3,314.40 in Canadian currency.

Seven employees were charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance, Possession for the Purpose Trafficking a Schedule II Substance, and Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000. Two of these employees were also charged with a failure to comply.
